The company's quality management system is compliant with the requirements of the UNI EN ISO 9001 and UNI CEI EN ISO 13485 standard and is certified by TÜV SÜD, a certification authority for business quality management systems.
All products undergo the following quality checks:
● "in process" checks, i.e. checks are performed during each single phase of the manufacturing process according to a Production Control Sheet where details about check type and frequency are reported.
● "post process" checks, i.e. Final Control/Inspection is performed at the end of the manufacturing process, before delivery, to obtain final acceptance of the manufacturing output.
We provide our customers with the relevant paperwork about raw material specifications. As regards heat and/or surface treatments, we provide our customers with the paperwork about the type of treatment used and the parameters required for the treatment.
In our temperature controlled laboratory a 3D CNC Zeiss CONTURA G2 Measuring Machine (work area: X 700 mm; Y 1000 mm; Z 500 mm) is used to perform measurements.
We have at our disposal a full range of measuring tools to check the measures reported on drawings (surface roughness gage tester, micrometers, gauges, thread plugs and rings, etc.).
